Default Paint for aluminum boat?

Now there's a great idea, something like the "Cool Deck" they put around
swimming pools. It's probably out there somewhere.

Cool Deck involves mixing a lot of lightweight puffy rock dust into the
plaster. It's probably not flexible enough for an aluminum boat. The idea
is that while it gets as hot as any other surface in the Arizona sun, it
conducts heat so poorly that it won't blister you feet like ordinary
concrete does.

I have an aluminum Jon boat painted with the traditional Olive Green.
The painted surfaces get extremely hot to the touch in the hot,
afternoon sunlight. Is there a paint available for metal surfaces that
stays cool to the touch in direct sunlight? Thanks, Mike Howard
