If it doesn't leak or have hidden hull damage, it's a good deal.

No leaks, the hull is in good shape. He's kind of a stickler for
details and is even mounting a new prop and replacing a failing
ignition coil. The guy is the father of one of my daughters' friends
and has taken the kids out on the boat recently. The only thing it does
need is the upholstery redone.
