I determine whether a boat is allowed into brokerage. I also do a
pre-survey so I can deal with outside surveyors after a deposit is left
on boats sold outside the program. We determine value like most other
brokers. We simply know the local market and communicate with other
brokers. Wanna know what a late 80's Tartan 34 sells for here? I know
the two boats that sold recently and we make notes in NADA on that.
