Cool!,
That little extra appreciation usually goes a long way. I,m sure they
will appreciate that. However, It may or may not go to future favors,
but at least they sould know that there efforts were recognized.

When I take the wife to a nice eat place, I usually single out the
bus-boy and give him a 5 or ten dollar tip. they look at me in shock. I
tell them they have a "thankless" job" and putting myself through
college, I've been there. They usually say something like "Wow, nobody
havse EVER doen anyting like that before. etc.etc." and in many times
they will take up the slack between a waiter/ess being overly busy .

Good generosity doesn't usually go overlooked.

It
will arrive by 11:30 this morning. ;-)

Although we were past customers we have not used this marina since we had
our 27 and 32 footer. Nice folks.

They welded a metal support pole with handle where the finger dock meets the
seawall at the request of my wife as she is unsteady on her feet due to a
debilitating medical condition. The support was being welded in place
within hours of her requesting it. I would guess it would have been faster
but they had to fabricate it first. ;-)

During the flooding docks in some areas were literally being ripped away
from the seawall by the combination of high water and current, many times
with boats attached to them, with the docks and boats being washed into the
Lake and then being beached, including on the rocks. The folks at our
marina stayed up all night making rounds and adjusting lines when needed.

Here they are attending to our dock as it had overtopped the end support
pole and they needed to set it back into place:

We did not buy the party tray to receive any special favors.............we
just wanted to say "thanks" for a job well done.
