I tossed my two Groco EB's a long time ago... kept breaking down. The
shaft would come loose down in the base and they wouldn't pump until it
was completely disassembled, the arm tightened up again, etc. I
replaced them with two Raritan PHII's and they have worked flawlessly
since... the last four years. Great toilets!
