ISP provide usenet?

As I have said before there are webmasters of sailing sites that
provide links and maintain excellent websites some of the research I
have done make its way to the various sites. And then there are some
others who have similar interest to the research that I have done.

The amount of effort some have gone to share the knowledge of the
hobby-sport that they enjoy is really amazing.
