Since I participate in some web based auto forums and use the name
"Eisboch"
on some, I decided to switch back the name here also. I was getting
confused as to who I was.

BTW ... for those interested in the classic car hobby, I put up a couple
of
temporary pages on my website with pics of a cruise night I attended last
night. I don't go often, but when I do it's a lot of fun and you meet
some
great people. There's only a few pics (and a slide show option) on the
site
because it got really busy around the General Lee.
There were about 400 cars there.

The temporary pages may be viewed at:

That baby blue '64 ( I think) Galaxy is a beauty!!

I like the '64s, but I'd love to find a cherry '63 Galaxie 500 XL
convertible. The problem with Fords of this vintage is that they weren't
well built and those that remain usually have not withstood the test of time
well. Finding one in decent shape and for a reasonable price is tough.

When I was a youth, a neighbor bought a brand new '64 XL, 390, 4 speed,
Hurst shifter. Being a kid, and loving cars, I drooled over that
beauty! Since then, I've always wanted one. I did buy a '65 (major body
style change) but, being how 65 was a totally different car it just
wasn't the same... I did drive that car alot, though, until being a
western NY car, the frame rusted so bad that it actually bent in half
going down the road!!
