Ok, we've done almost everything else, maybe we should paint this trailer
too.
So, knowing next to NOTHING about paint spraying and/or sand blasting....We
already
have an air compressor. I think it's a 5 gallon tank, has a regulator.
Would these sprayers work and what else would I need?

You will also need a high quality respirator and spare filter cans
specifically certified for spray painting, and for the type of paint
you are using. Also a good supply of clean up solvent, and a location
sheltered from wind and dust.
This also implies doing you're own prep which means sand blasting
equipment and supplies.
One of my neighbors just got his boat trailer painted by an auto body
shop at a very reasonable price (about $300 if memory is correct).
Find one that's not too busy and be willing to settle for something
less than perfection.
Do you have a Maaco near you? They will do a whole car for less than
$400 if it doesn't need too much prep.
