I grew up eating lots of game and organ meat. I don't eat organ meat
anymore with the exception of heart muscle. I also eat raw fish and beef,
it really helps muscle recovery.

I do not understand why everyone heckles Mooron. His experiences are
unique to most here and he's usually right about everything.
