Do you mean if an employer tells you will have a pension after working for
"X" number of years and after you have worked the designated time period, if
you still have the physical and mental ability to continue to work, but you
receive the pension, you are now sucking on the government tit?

There is a difference between working for the government, and getting
a pension, while able to be gainfully employed.
