Double the resale value!
Rollover tests were not done using traction control. The Toyota
traction and
stability control is far superior to Kia's. It may lead, but by how
much?
The Toyota and Kia have nearly identical systems, but the Kia's has
dual sensors on each wheel to detect spin and pressures (Like Subaru),
while the Toyota continues to use the more primitive system. Bad
research by Bob C. again.
The real crash test is when the insurance cuts the check for your
totaled
car. After 3 years the check will be much bigger for the Toyota than
the
Kia, and the Toyota costs less!
That's great, but I'd rather pass on that bigger check and have the
safer van by a mile. The Toyota comes in 3rd! They should send the
check first! Kia Sedona is BEST in class by a wide margin. Think about
it, even the old crappy Sedona was judged safer. The 2006 with it's
ladder frame beat those original numbers!
