Here is a reply from Portland where they do race them. I've found the
222 you're talking about and I figure minus the Spinnaker ( about 11 t0
14 Pts) Gregg's pretty close for the Cruising Class.
That is where I'd Like Don to start. The last fleet over the Line. Give
him a chance to learn. Let him pick up the Mark Bouys once or twice and
he'll start learning to get Boat Speed.
I think I have enough for him to register with Corinthians

I assume you mean Ranger 20. The exact PHRF rating depends upon sail
measurements, but our Portland R20 fleet ranges from about 298 to 316.
Average is about 300. Have fun in the races!
