You a big SunRocket supporter? I've been using them for a long time
now and really like how they operate.
I had some initial problems (lost calls about half a dozen times) but their
customer support seems pretty good. They finally talked me through
adjusting the rates on the gizmo, and I've not had a problem since. Every
once in a while I'll hear an echo, but that's been it.
I've gone ahead with the switch for my old telephone number, and can't wait
to tell Verizon to cancel my service.
Have you plugged your SunRocket into the wall and powered all the other
jacks with the SunRocket service?
