Oh hell with it! I'll match (dollar for dollar) up to the goal! Now you
could put me out $3676! (But don't spread it around!) All the other
provisions apply!

No where does he say from this date forward or he would match "further"
or "future" donations. He plainly said he will match (dollar for
dollar) up to the goal. And he has not.
