Putting wine in a box is actually a better method of
storage, it is less exposed to air.


And more exposed to cheap plastic.

Some of the medical grade plastics do quite well at storing potable
imbibements.

Some of the finer Long Island wines are splendid, but no match for the fine
wines produced in the vicinity of Raton, New Mexico.
