Default What They Didn't Tell Me about Owning A Boat

I like hearing those old sayings. No worries, though, beginning boaters
can't quite "get it" even if they are told. It's a little like trying to
describe to young adults how difficult it is to raise children properly, and
yet how rewarding. You just have to do it. Doing it makes no logical sense,
but that's not at all the point.

I remember looking to buy my first boat for about 4 months. But for some
reason it wasn't until the day AFTER I bought that first boat that people
started telling me:

You know what BOAT stands for don't you?
Break Out Another Thousdand

You know what a boat is don't you?
A hole in the water you throw money into.

You know what the happiest two day' of a boat owner's life are, don't you?
The day he buys the boat and the day he sells it.

You know how to become a millionare don't you?
Start with two million and buy a boat?

Etc.
