Ahhhh, that brings back memories. I have a cousin who brought a camera
to the funeral of another cousin who had committed suicide. She was
running around grouping people and taking shots as if it were a wedding
or something fun and frivolous. Amazing.
One better...I worked wiith a woman who's child had died after a
horrendous long ordeal. She took a picture of him in his coffin because
she said it was the best he'd looked in the past 2 years and she wanted to
remember him that way....I can emphasize but it made me shiver
nonetheless. People are strange.)except for you and me, Grank...I think
we're safe...)
I've found over the last week that people grieve differently. Some would
never take a photo of a dead person, on the other hand, someone in love
would want the last reflection they could ever capture in this world.
Who are we to judge?
