The GOP controls congress, initiates hearings, gets legislation passed.

When the GOP took control and decided it could ignore the other party.
But there's a good chance the Dems will take one of the two houses of
congress this fall, and that will force cooperation on major issues.

So what legislation relating to cutting gasoline costs at the pump have been
presented by the Democrats in the past year........2 years............5
years.....7 years.......ever?

In case I missed some, what were the votes on those pieces of legislation
and who voted against them? After all we have to know about these damn
Republicans voting against legislation to keep gasoline pricing in check.

If I recall it is the legislative branch, not the administrative branch,
that proposes laws, regulations and standards. ;-0
