Default Light question

Don't know about barges without looking again... no such animal for
air-cushion, and I couldn't find the word "constant" in the manual.

Bzzzt. Wrong!

"Rule 23 (b) An air-cushion vessel when operating in the nondisplacement
mode shall, in addition to the lights prescribed in paragraph (a) of this

Rule, exhibit an all-round flashing yellow light."

NOT a "constant" yellow light. There is no such animal.

Maybe my book is wrong? It shows constant yellow lights as signals for
either pushing a barge (two yellow) or towing on a long cable (yellow over
white).
