If you are dealing with WM in Cape Coral, I have found them to be very
helpful in resolving product issues. Garmin has lots of satisfied
customers.

That said, I have a Furuno Navnet system on my flybridge which I
bought mail order from pyacht.com. It has been flawless so far after
more than a year of being exposed to the elements and 6,000 miles of
cruising.

Terry and Dave have been very helpful and typically do whetever possible
to ensure customer satisfaction.
