I can't think of a company with better products or better service. No one is
flawless (except maybe you and I) so let them know you are unhappy and I
think they will go out of their way to take care of you.

Seems to me that the Subject would be better put as "Garmin problem" or "GPS
unit problem" until you have gone thru all the necessary steps to resolve
your problem.

Please excuse my brashness but I don't normally stand up for a company like
this. I do think you are jumping the gun on the company.
