I don't know the answer, but something is surely wrong. Our health care
costs are already over 15% GDP and are expected to be over 20% GDP by
2015. That puts us at a considerable economic disadvantage when competing
with other industrial nations whose costs are generally under 10%. With
universal coverage, I might add.
