Default Top five things to do to Unwinterize!

What's the top five most important things to do to unwinterize your boat?
Assume a northern US climate.

Resupply the following provisions:

1) Rum
2) Scotch (single malt only, please)
3) Irish whiskey (Bushmills or Jameisons are both okay)
4) Bourbon
5) Gin

After laying in a suitable supply of the aforementioned necessities, one can
then proceed with:

1) Removing the winter cover and supports.
2) Cleaning and painting the bottom with fresh antifouling
3) Polishing and waxing the hull
4) Replacing antifreeze in the water system with fresh water
5) Replacing engine oil/filter, replacing fuel line filters, checking the
cooling system antifreeze, and starting the engine (after splashing).

Following these mundane, annoying chores, one should assess the remaining
supply of the above mentioned provisions and resupply as required.

Somewhere along the line one may wish to reinstall (bend on, for you yachtie
types) the sails, but that's not really critical, especially if one has
taken the liberty of diminishing the supply of the aforementioned provisions
sufficiently, in which case a nap is probably more in order.
