Single carb - this is probably the one:

Impeller 377230

with a remote chance of: 378891

Dual carb - probably the 377230. Whole kit(w/o housing) would be 384956.

Do a google search & google image search on these and see if they match
what you have.

If you can post or find a similar pic of your lower unit, or the whole
motor, somewhere, I can narrow it down even more.
