Hell, that's easy. FORCE boat companies to put electrical breakers in NEMA
FIREPROOF ENCLOSURES....instead of pretty, but flammable, wooden boxes with
the wires all tied to the wood or plastic or fiberglass to make sure it
leaps into flames!
It never ceases to amaze me how noone questions a $300,000 yacht with a
breaker panel woodscrewed into a cabinet. What the hell are they thinking?
There wouldn't have been a fire in the boat, at all, if the electrical
system had been installed to NEC standards like your garage....
Why is this crap made so CHEAP?!
Larry, I totally agree! A car manufacturer wouldn't even dare to put that kind
of (lack of) quality in a $300,000 car.
