Well, after over 20 years, I decided NOT to get a sal****er fishing
license this
year. Just not enough salmon around to warrant it, and the "Rockfish
Conservation Areas" mean I can't put a line over when I'm at anchor 
Come East. Everyone knows that the Atlantic salmon are the best!

First, the fish-farms here use Atlantic Salmon (they grow faster, or are
less susceptible to disease, or something), which is one of the main
objections to the fish-farms.
Also, in terms of fishing, them wimpy Atlantic smelt are nothing compared
to a 30-lb Chinook!
