How would you prevent this type of fire from spreading from one
boat to the others ?

To prevent a fire from happening in the first place:
-Frequent inspections of engines, electricity c.s. and the like to ensure the
boat is in a healthy condition.

To be warned IF a fire occurs after all:
-Smoke/fire detectors.

To prevent a fire from spreading like mad (to other yachts):
-Fire extinguishers,
-Use of non-flamable materials (paint, plastics, wood, etc),
-More space between yachts in a marina.

Pretty basic I guess.
