that action to protestors demonstration against the problem with the ballot
count in Florida. NYOB mentioned that the FL. demonstration was on public

I pointed out, that ballots in Fl are not counted on private property, such
as churches or at the polling place, and the protestors were not on private
property. With all the police around their is no way any logical person
would assume they were guilty of "inciting a riot".

Do you suppose there were NO police around the conservative's
incident? If there WERE police there, then using your idiotic logic,
no crime was committed. Are you REALLY trying to say that, if there is
a police presence, no one can be guilty of inciting a riot?????
