Well, just wait until you tie into a two pound crappie on an ultralight outfit with 2 lb. line. You will have a ball!!!! They strike
really hard and fast and put up a good fight especially in the spring when you can get lucky and run into large schools of them and
sometimes catch 30-40 nice sized ones in an afternoon.
Well nuff said about Mr. Crappie. I think they even have crappie tournaments in some states although I have never entered one.

He rates right up there behind Mr. Bass if you ask me.

Course I really love catching big Northern Pike when I go to MN every summer.
