Association' (wannabe union) that advises on procedures, recommends fees

I have tri-partite membership in the American Dental Association, Florida
Dental Association, and Collier County Dental Association. None of them
advise on procedures...nor do they recommend fees. However, they *do*
advise that we stay away from signing up for DMO, PPO, capitation, and other
"managed care" insurance plans...lest we end up with a socialized medicine
program (like Canada) and our dentistry turns to ****.
