Yup. Don't like the friggin' cold. Went down yesterday to check the Nav.
Everything's fine. I think my drain modifications (turned some cockpit
drains into something more like scuppers) work well. Bildge was bone dry.
Plugged a ceramic heater in and after an hour or so it was up to 65
degrees
inside. Not bad. Next time the weather guessers predict a major
snowstorm
for the Cape, I am going to go down and ride it out on the boat. Never
did
that before.

very cool. i bet it would be fun to ride out a snow storm in the
cabin of a boat like that.

I'll be there Sunday. Just remembered that I waded the Chemung River 3 years
ago, waist deep, fishing for pike in late November, with snow falling.
