One month? Six months? Is there any time limit in your community? Can a
liveaboard family stay anchored long enough in a community (in a warm climate)
to send their kids to school? Can any boater claim a nice anchorage as his or
her waterfront home without paying the expensive waterfront real estate taxes?

"Listen to the live broadcast of 'Nautical Talk Radio' with Captain Lou every
Sunday afternoon from 4 - 5 (Eastern Standard Time) on the web at

95.9FM.

Restrictions in Cape Coral, FL are very explicit and restrictive. No
living aboard anywhere except at licensed marinas and two designated
anchorages. There is a two week maximum at the anchorages.

Not sure about the school question, might be OK at a marina.
