Default Your Nut's Canada

The Inuit total 45,070 people, half of which live in Nunavut.

Nunivut is so empty, they would welcome any new faces.

Trust me. You can go up there and build a house anywhere
you want and the land is yours. Much of Alaska is the same
way.

It's the Artic. It has little or no value.

Anyone that wants to live there, or even start their own country there

Uh, people already live there. They are Inuit, and call themselves
part of Canada.
