I recall readin about the visitng US carrier that dumped 2million gallons of
sewage into HFX harbr a few years ago. I think this speaks for itself.
Re panamax. They have larger bildges to flush off shore and have been doing
so with regularity. It feels like we are in the environmental backwaters and
the only reason we get any large vessel traffic is becasue we are so damned
lax.
