As far as a tent over the cockpit, I wanted the same thing and could not
find anything commercially made that I liked so I designed and sewed one
myself. It got more elaborate as I worked on it. Those pesky ideas that
hit one in the shower or on the drive to work!

Any way here it is. The picture was taken in Digby, Nova Scotia last June
on our summer cruise.
