Haven't seen it. Don't know what it's about, but it looks like a look at
the future, in terms of water quality, of The Delta and The Bay
(Sacramento and San Francisco, respectively).

Saw the last part of it. Was about the delta and the problems. To much
water export, building on islands below flood levels, and building up the
delta with dredging from the port of Oakland. They did not mention the
toxicity of the dredging spoils.
