Oh and Bob...if this crazy nut goes on a professional website and
slanders a person in a public forum, where it may effect someone
professional career.... is that serious enough for someone to sue over?

Would a lawer take the case on a pure commission base if they know the
nut has lots of money, property and toys to loose?
