Wanna a Martec folding prop?
Easy and cheap? By the time you send them back,
get new blades, have the hub and your new blades
drilled for an oversized pin and have new stops
welded on the hub you've spent almost as much as
buying a new prop. The other problem is that you
can only have the prop refurbished a few times as
the rebore for an over sized pin almost every time
and can only do three times. So, you spent almost
as much as a new prop and get a prop with a much
shorter life span.
Now, if you knew the prop was the right size and
pitch for the boat, it wouldn't be as much of an
issue.
