Will you be watching the Tostitos Bowl? Ohio State vs. Notre
Dame. Go Buckeyes!
Roll Tide!!!! What a awful looking kick, but it went through!

Style does not count in football field goal attempts.....only if the
ball made it through the uprights. A nice win by the Crimson Tide.
Also a nice win by the Buckeye's against Notre Dame, although I have
to give credit to ND for playing a good game.
Who do you pick in the Rose Bowl (National Championship game)?
Who cares! The World Junior Hockey Championships are on in Vancouver,
British Columbia. Last night Canada whupped the US and earned a bye
into the playoffs.
Almost any sport is more exciting than football, which exists mainly to
promote corporate and gambling interests.
What sport doesn't? Nascar? Not by a long shot. Baseball, basketball?
Nope. Golf, tennis, hockey, basketball? Nope, nope, nope, and nope.
Maybe that is how they get televised so sports fans can watch for free.
As for the excitement value, I also disagree. Hockey and baseball are
slow and there's not enough scoring to keep me interested (both leagues
have been working on this). Football and basketball are my favorites to
watch. Faster action and a lot more activity.
Now, since this is a boating forum, sailing is a great sport that does
not include corporate involvement if you simply ignore the sails
(Oracle, etc.) and enjoy the sport.
