Why would a declared "Agnostic" want to be wished a Merry Christmas???

non-believer; am I wrong?

Maybe you need to explain your agnosticism? You seem to envy those with
a Faith.

I didn't want to press you but now I feel free to wish you a very; MERRY
CHRISTMAS!!! May you enjoy the Season. I know it isn't the exact date
of birth of Jesus. We truly don't know that but since we Christians try
to follow a Faith taught by Jesus what better time to celebrate than the
time of the return of the SUN. It is a thing of Faith.
