Atl,
I just purchased a gift certificate for a friend who lives in Atlanta. If
you want to eat at a great Italian Restaurant (/Zagat's #1 in Atlanta) check
out DiPaolo's.
It is as good, (maybe better) than any restaurant I have found in New York's
Little Italy. They serve Northern Italian, so it is a pleasant change from
Southern Italian that is so popular.
It is pricey, but a great way to splurge.

Only 4 shopping days left until "Holiday". ;-)
Jim, in usenet, it is common courtesy to begin off topic post
headers
with OT. I know that because of your efforts to try and get
everybody
to act as you would like them to act, that you must have not
known
this.
You not getting boating gifts this year?
What difference would what *I* get have to do with Jim Hertvik's
post?
I"ll answer....NOTHING.....
Think! Only 4 days left for boat shopping.
Um, Bill, YOU need to think. You asked if *I* was getting anything
boating related. Whether (or not) *I* am getting anything boating
related for xmas has nothing to do with Jim's post. Using analogies as
far fetched as yours, no one would ever have to post off topic, any and
every single subject could, in some far flung idiotic way be considered
boating related.
Either way. In my house, the wife sends me to get my boat stuff, and
then
she wraps it. Cool, isn't it?
Yeah, that must be a very cool surprise.......
You already know what you're getting, why bother wrapping it? I like
surprises, and my wife, being quite smart, is very good at figuring out
what I'd like and surprising me with it. If I wanted to go by myself
something, I can do that any day of the year.
