I agree that this is happening, Thom, but not in every instance. Some
schools really are educational institutions, and their students achieve and
prosper. What schools are those? Private ones, and very rare public
schools. In such schools students of any race or ethnicity excel.

In many schools the student bodies have become so dangerous that kids
are more concerned with survival rather than learning.

This BS all cost money. As does teachers Unions, teachers Strikes, Armed
patrols, forcing students that refuse to learn in school until they
reach a certain age before they can drop-out, Drug dealers within
student bodies, making teacher look after children in school better than
they are look after in their own home, etc----;

This is expense and it is tax money that pays it!!!

Sorry I've elected to vent on our ASA but I do get tired of reading post
talking around these obvious point.

Capt. Redclod subscribes to the left-wing theory that large quantities of
taxpayer dollars cure everything. Even stupidity.
