Because the wheels are outside of the pontoons either the boat has to be
less than legal width or the trailer has to be oversize, which would make
renting at a utility yard unlikely.
Most of the trailers I see for the full legal width boats support the boat
under the floor/deck and have the wheels inside the pontoons. Such a
