Sorry John, but Smithers made an offer that he is backing out of. Both of
you are now hanging by a thread based on some wording in the original posts
that can be easily misunderstood.

May I remind you of my book offer? I made a mistake on the wording of the
offer yet I ended up living up to my original promise. If I recall you
called me on the carpet for my original reluctance to accept a PO address.
A fine line indeed yet I honored my original offer.
