In Vietnam when driving a car, it's wise to remember that if you
happen to collide with a pedestrian and permanently incapacitate them,
It then becomes your responsibility to care for them and any family
for whom they ar the breadwinner.

An cousin of mine was killed in VietNam a few years back. She was on a
bicycle tour and got run over by a truck. Didn't collect one "red" cent.
