OT: A home run for Kevin
"narcissists hate their real selves, they don't want to change -- they
want the world to change. And they criticize, gripe, and complain about
almost everything and almost everyone almost all the time. There are
usually
a favored few whom narcissists regard as absolutely above reproach, even
for
egregious misconduct or actual crime, and about whom they won't brook the
slightest criticism. These are people the narcissists are terrified of,
though they'll tell you that what they feel is love and respect;
apparently
they don't know the difference between fear and love. Narcissists just get
worse and worse as they grow older; their parents and other authority
figures that they've feared die off, and there's less and less outside
influence to keep them in check"

Harry,
I thought you started visiting alt.obits so you could insult MadCow.
Since she has left, the only contributions you make in alt.obits is to
insult the republicans and libertarians.
Tell us about how well read you are.

Do you mean like the political cut and pastes you and Kevin make here
daily or the psychiatric symptoms that Paul and Smithers post that

Fritz and Smithers are trash; they make no contributions here of any
sort.
I'm glad they're your pals. At least Herring, another rightie, makes an
occasional on-topic and interesting boating or fishing post once in a
while. I have no idea why most of you righties are here; boaters you
are
not.
Several of you are more bizarre than anyone you write about here.
Time for you to look in the mirror Harry. Been to alt.obituaries
lately?
Sure. I have several buddies in there. Many of the posters in that
newsgroup are educated and informed, and are interested in history and
Hollywood and baseball, which happen to be three of my interests. I got
my
start in the newspaper biz writing obits for a major US newspaper, and
learned to appreciate the literary device for the way it could reflect
societal and personal history, and give insight into a person's life.
I have a feeling you're not much of a reader, and with one or two
exceptions, most of your right-wing buddies on rec.boats aren't,
either.
It shows in their lack of writing skills.
