Harry's fabricated story concerning me and Hoodoo is like most of his
fabricated stories, not based on any truth. I can assure you I never
directly or indirectly suggested to anyone that they come to rec.boats to
flame Harry. Even though Harry doesn't allow his posts to be archived (this
allows him to change his stories) his posts are allowed on Google for 7
days. It is very easy for this individual to follow Harry around. As Harry
mentioned, this individual has a history of cross posting with many people.

I can offer a theory.

There's a predator on alt.obits known as Hoodoo, but he disappeared from
there for a while. While he was posting there some months ago, your good
buddy Smithers posted over there and indirectly invited Hoodoo over here
to see if he could cause me some grief. So Hoodoo popped on by here for a
visit.

A few days ago while perusing posts at alt.obits (it's really an
interesting site if you like history or baseball or Hollywood), I noticed
Hoodoo was back, being the predator again, but I didn't know if it was for
real or just a momentary glitch. Apparently it is the real Hoodoo. The
real Hoodoo crossposts to every newsgroup anyone who doesn't like him much
posts to, eh?

You can thank your good buddy Smithers for enlightening Hoodoo about
rec.boats. You hang out here with some of the finest, Herring.

That's my theory. Wanna bet that Smithers or some other bit of scum passes
"this" along to Hoodoo?
