Still, Capt Neal was the best this newsgroup ever had. His well thought
out
opinions delivered without gilding made a bitter pill for many to
swallow,
but it caused people to think. Capt Neal's presence here made this place
the
epicenter of high philosophical discourse, second to none. What a legacy
he
has! What a sailor he is!
