JohnH,
The problem is the height, it is the height to weight ratio.

You're really bizarre. Besides, why are you worried? Not only do you
post with your real name, you used to be an almost neighbor of mine.
You do look kind of spindly and brittle, though, John. If I were
you,
I'd be careful about mouthing off in front of your high school
classes.
One of those kids could take you out with a single bitch-slap.
I bet he bought thet yellow V8 Mustang....to look cool and be
accepted
by the teenage students.
Hey Don!! Careful......I am an old guy and I like that yellow V-8
Mustang.
I think it looks damn good!

It's a cute car, no question about it. But to see an old fart like
Herring driving one? What an absurdity.
Harry, I don't suffer from NPD, and therefore am not too concerned with
what people think when they
see me driving my Mustang. I'm just having fun!

Once again, you don't understand what you read. My comment was not
directed at your feelings about your cute car, but the giggles others
must get when they see an old fart like you driving it.
Whether their laughter "concerns" you was not the subject of my post.
Hey, if half the kids in this county (or so it seems) weren't driving
one, I wouldn't mind owning one. But not yellow. Silver, maybe, or
black, if it comes in black.
Our local Ford dealer had a GT in the showroom, and I got to sit in it.
Wonderful car, at least in looks, but...getting out of a car that close
to the ground ain't easy when you're 6'3".
Being 6'3.5" myself, I haven't had the problem. The driver's leg room is
much more than any Cadillac
I've sat in.
