LOL. When Rasmussen lists a number (like 47%), it's an average of the
polling data from the prior 3 days. "A bit of good or bad news" won't skew
the poll significantly. Just look at the three-week trend from Rasmussen.
Bush has steadily climbed from 42/43% to today's number: 47%.
